“Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer.” India is one of the most impressive countries that I’ve ever been to; the constructions, temples, people and the food created moments in our trip that I will remember forever. I believe that traveling gives you back more than any other activity.
What’s one country you’ve traveled to that you will cherish forever?🇮🇳📿✨

How is your 2018 looking so far?
You might be thinking about what 2018 holds for you.
Just as I have been thinking about what it holds for me. And LGG. 🙊
You're starting to get excited about the prospect of new beginnings. The chance to start over in the new year.
So am I.
I want to do more. Do you?
Specifically, I want to do more with LGG.
And while I am excited for the prospects of taking LGG to the next level, I am also wary.
I love this platform. I am able to share stunning photography with you all and basically rant about whatever I like.
It is uncensored. It's me, but it is all of you.
LGG is us, a community of likeminded women.
I want to bring exciting new content for all of YOU to enjoy, while maintaining my own voice.
So TELL ME - what do you want to see?
And also tell me what 2018 has in store for you. I want to hear all your exciting plans.
Thanks to all of you wonderful ladies for continuing to be part of this inspiring community.
It is all of you that makes LGG so special to me! Your stories, your comments and perspectives and of course, your photos.
Thanks to @alittleblondeinparadise for sharing this whimsical shot with #ladiesgoneglobal 💕
Our 2-day sea tour got ❌ due to tropical storm #Urduja ⚡️ & the ☔️ weather most likely won't improve until we leave.
Looks like I'll just have to book another 🏝️ vacation destination in the near future to make up for this week.

A quaint little town to wander about 🇳🇮 🗺, and the perfect place for a rest before @sunday_funday_pool_crawl 🍻🍻. Not going to lie, I stood here for quite a while trying to get a photo as the wind blew the flags 💨... but it didn't happen 😐🤷🏻♀️.
Soaking up the sun one last day before getting ready to head back north. #SantaHereICome ✈️
One of these things is not like the others. 🖤
The Secret Buddha Garden was built by Nim Thongsuk, who started building the garden when he was 77 years old until his death at the age of 91. The road up to garden is on the highest peak of the island and is not a suitable road for scooters, so we took a scooter in the pouring rain and it was like something out of a horror movie. 🤷🏼♀️
Looking back on our trip to Iceland, it was truly a blast! I can't wait to put together a travel guide for you all. I've got a couple of outfit posts to do first, but keep an eye out for an Iceland post in a few weeks. In the meantime, there are additional photos in my "story" highlight in my bio 🤗
Let's get lost 🏛
Looking down into Colca Valley in Peru seems like a distant memory...
In strawberry heaven right now ✨ ⠀

R U OK day is officially once a year (and it’s a bloody good day) but don’t forget all the other days to check in with friends and family .
A few days ago I needed to be asked if I was ok.
I realised late in the evening that I wasn’t doing so great mentally yet when I went through the list of people who I could reach out too I came up with a reason for each one not to burden them.
They’re at work, have young kids (who are probably running around refusing to go to bed), I turned to that person last time, it’s late and they’ve probably had a hard day too.
Moving on from that option I worked down the list of how to help pull my self up.
Mediation didn’t help (couldn’t turn my mind off)
Music (cranked up some good tunes and that worked for a while but didn’t help budge the low mood)
Went for a run (yes at 10pm at night) - that made me kinda tired but my mind was still filled with this immovable fog. I just felt listless.
The next day the low feeling was still there. I got on with the day. I did smile (when I got a pretty hilarious throw back pic from a friend. Gotta love FB memories) and I did share snaps that showed I was having an interesting day (none of that was a lie) but my mind persisted in being shrouded in fog.
I pushed through and over a couple of days it lifted (and now it is pretty sunny up there, hence the choice of photo above that reminds me of happy beach days in Greece) but I can’t now help and wonder, if someone had reached out, would it have helped me move through that low period faster or given me that little extra strength I needed to kick that anguishing low mood quicker. ✌🏽 X
The prettiest of views from the balcony of my hotel! I could have sat out here all day (and I kind of did because jet lag at 4am is real). It’s hard to see but there’s actually a bar down there between the trees! I’ve heard it has hammocks so next time I’m in Amsterdam you can 100% find me there!
Can't believe it's already time to start packing for our next (and final) trip of the year. This will also be our third trip in 32 days! It's been a little exhausting, but totally worth it 😊 #family#homefortheholidays#windowseat
