Happy birthday, Monet! This Watercolor Water Lily Cake left quite an "impression" on us 🌸🎨🍰 (Special shout out to @sugar_monsterr for this masterpiece)
We’ve been wrapping up on all email correspondence for Christmas and I have to tell you, it’s been one very emotional, very messy but very beautiful and honoring season. Every single one of our customers has touched us in a way that we’ll carry on into the next year. I’m trying my best to share all the photos and notes we are receiving from customers to show how much like a family we are. If you receive your Keepsake we love to see you enjoying it! Send us a photo or tag us! #danddmama @dapperanddarling_ ♥️ It would be a joy to see every single customers reaction to receiving their keepsakes 😍
Something pretty cool is happening tomorrow! Team member Terri and I are meeting face to face for the first time! If you’ve been in collaboration with us this year then you’ll know how sweet and thoughtful Terri is. Truth. I haven’t met in person any of the D&D team, yet God has created a bond so strong it feels like we’ve been family for years (right ladies!? 😘♥️). And I’m excited to finally be able to meet in person someone who makes so many wonderful connections for us. ISN’T SOCIAL MEDIA GREAT?! 🙌🏼 Do you have any neat stories brought on by social media?
Do you know about the potted history of King John? Hard on his opponents, wary of those who challenged him and a notorious womaniser, John was a controversial figure in medieval England. He was even excommunicated by the Pope. Perhaps it's unsurprising that the Rebel Barons rose up against him... A still from ‘The Empty Throne', directed by Philip Stevens. The film is a living painting, a window into some of the central characters and key events that led up to the sealing of Magna Carta by King John in 1215.
